Starter motors are nearly all bolted to the area where the gearbox meets the engine - and act on the large flywheel on the "working" end of the engine.
Usually there is just one or two plugs or leads to undo - then 3 bolts - and it comes off.

Access is often the most difficult - needing to remove airfilter, covers and battery tray to get your arms in. Wear thick gloves and pick the right sized sockets and you shouldn't go far wrong.

Bummer. Sometimes rebuilt starters are not actually rebuilt, but repaired. this means they fixed the issue, but did not replace bushings, brushes, etc...

try hooking up a wire to the actuater terminal of the starter (usually the small one at 2 o'clock position) and connect test light to it an ground the test light. Run this wire inside the cab so you can see it...When you turn to start, this light should light. Run vehicle until problem happens again and if the light illuminates, the focus is the starter, if it does not, you need to look at the entire circuit. Look carefully at neutral safety switch and connections..

Your starter solenoid stuck on. (This may be internal to the starter). You need to replace the solenoid (or starter), then get the battery charged, and try again. If this has a carburetor (rather than fuel injection), you may need to prime it with starter fluid or a little gas in the throat of the carb (put the air filter assembly back on before you try to start it, you don't want to start a fire).

Driving along and made a turn heard a loud noise and car would not move and once off the road i put in park and tires kept rolling. I recently had a rebuilt transmission installed

then it was either installed wrong and you just lost your driveshaft or it was rebuilt incorrectly/with faulty parts and has failed, either way take it back and get them to fix it under warranty. only other thing would be the differential but since no one messed around with that recently im gonna put my money on tranny/driveshaft

TV bracket location?

I would just measure the travel of the arm and add about 1.5 or so inches to allow for adjustment later. Hope this helps. Good luck.
