The rear passenger turn signal/brake does not work.front turn signal and marker light flash.turn signal on dash flashes fast.have replaced and checked rear bulbs.think it may be a broken wire but not sure...

Check between connections, starting from back of lights. Turn hazards on and use a safety pin to poke through wire and test with test light, be sure to tape over hole.

Flashing Unit for Indicators Replacement

Most likely it's the hazard switch - the relay for the hazards and the turn signals is built into it. When they start to die, you will see erratic behavior with the turn signals and/or hazards, and eventually they'll both fail completely. Replace your hazard switch on the dash and you'll be good to go.
