I need radio code for honda odyssey 2004

Vin # 5FNRL180X4B035659
HONDA ODYSSEY 2004 Our Van battery died and we can't activate radio or navigation system w/o the code. The dealer initially gave us the wrong info when we bought it and they can't find it on their system now. They say they will have to take the whole radio out etc...

Can you help? I noticed the previous person supplied a vin#

The dealer has to obtain this code for you, it is a theft deterrent code and therefore will not be available except through the dealer.

  1. check under the cap of the fuse box under the hood. dealers sometimes write in there to help customers reset their radio.

The radio is displaying the word CODE which means you need to put in the code. The code is usually written in the owners manual or on a card that looks like a credit card. If you can't find the code, you will need to bring it to the Honda dealer and have them pull the radio to retrieve the code.
