Question about 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee
My vehicle when driving down the road at 2000rpm will eraticly jump to 2500rpm and back down when the car warms up took to a trany shop they said it was fine anyone ever had this problem also no service lights are on im confused what to do but it seems as if there is something wrong
I had this problem with my 2002 jeep overland. it took forever to get the problem resolved. I took it to the jeep garage and the fixed everything else that still didn't correct the problem. Finally one of the mechanics took it for a test drive(I told them it didn't do it until it warmed up) and ran a diagnostic. It was a relay for the transmission. Can remember how much it cost seeing all the other things they fixed added up to a good chunk of change.
Hope this helps
