I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE - TAKE THE AIR CLEANER OFF THE ENGINE. ON THE DRIVERS SIDE OF THE CARB IS A SENSOIR THAT HAS THE PLUG WIRES ON IT. THIS OPENS THE BUTTERFLIES JUST ENOUGH THAT THE ENGINE STARTS AT 650-900 RPMS DEPENDING ON THE ENGINE TEMP - MINE IS BAD ALSO. I TAKE IT OUT ONCE A WEEK AND SPRAY CLEAN IT - IT IS 54.00 - IF YOU HAD A ENGINE CODE READER YOU WOULD CODE P0771 "SHIFT SOLENOID PERFORMANCE STUCK OPEN". THE TRUCK WILL STALL HOT OR COLD AND JUST BEFORE CHANGING GEARS FROM PARK.

TURN THE KEY THREE TIMES IN A ROW WITH OUT STARTING IT. ON THE LAST TURN - COUNT THE FLASHING ON THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. IT SHOULD FLASH SEVEN TIMES,SEVEN TIMES,ONE TIME AND RE FLASH THE SAME PATTERN.

When you mean right away does that mean it rolls over longer before starting, If so it is just a sensor.

1992 pontiac boneville, keeps stalling

Have you chg.fuel filter and had a fuel pressure test done? Does it have spark after it stalls? Fuel pumps are a common problem, they work when cold get warmed up they quit, after a while quit all together. Do the fuel pressure test.

95 dakota dies when warmed up

yes it can but you may have a coolant temp sensor acting up which causes the computer to open the injectors to much which can also cause this 02 sensor code. when it stalls do u have spark and fuel pressure.
