h7 head light bulb. very easy to replace. the air cleaner box is on the right front and the intake tube is close by. remove either 2 or 3 phillips screws from the upper rad support. remove intake air tubing. then ther should be a rubber cap on outside of headlight assembly, twist bulb out and unplug, install new bulb in opposite order.
Your anti-lock brakes are activating. The computer thinks that a wheel is locking up and pulses the brakes for a controlled stop. If you don't physically have a wheel locking up when you brake, then you need to get the wheel sensors checked.
