Hi and welcome to FixYa,

Offhand, the need for adjusting the clock the clock is significant to the overall problem. As the clock is meant to run continuously even with the ignition off, that is be on time, there would be no need to adjust it. This could only indicate that standby B+12 of the info panel is not receiving a constant supply of 12VDC power and the only the mains/IGN B+ present. A DVM/VOM or even a test light would be required to perform voltage test checking for the absence or presence of 12VDC at IGN OFF and IGN ON condition.
Good luck and thank you for using FixYa.

1996 Buick Park Avenue: Growling sound coming

The growling sound is the heater/ air conditioning motor. It looks like you have to pull the dash board to replace. Go to a junk yard and practice.

How do I reset the oil change light?

year, make, model. engine size?

Other wise try this first. Turn the key on but do not start. Press and release the accelerator pedal 3 times. the light should start to blink. turn the key off then start the vehicle. The light should go out.

Other times there is a reset button in the dash fuse panel, and other times there are a series of buttons than need to be pressed on the steering wheel or dash.

You can also check your owners manual for the procedure. If you do not have one you can get an online version at Chevrolet.com

Let me know what vehicle you have and I will get you the specific info.

The digital odometer does not display any information. What might cause this?

Make sure it isn't shut off. Press the button in the cluster and see if it comes on. If it is a loaded car you may have to turn it on with the info/reset/ panel in dash or on the right side of the steering wheel.
