Ok, As for the Squeeking--Have you Checked the Brake Pads on this side? It will either Be the Brake Pads or The Wheel Bearings. The Cold Start up can be Cured by Getting a Can of B12 Chemtool from Wal-Mart Automotive and Running 1 Can of it into a Full tank of Gas. It has Always worked for me in the Past. Solutions for 1998 grand marquis that will not idle

Have someone check the fuel pressure. Check EGR pod, you may have a Vacuum leak. Disconnect connector at a part called a TPS which is mounted on a Butterfly flap shaft opposite the throttle cable. Use an Ohmmeter on the TPS and check for smooth changes in Ohms as throttle is pressed.
If you get to the warmed up engine running part, use a water spray bottle and spray the seams of the intake and any Vacuum lines or fixtures you see. If the engine stalls or sputters then you have found the leak.

95 grand marquis no turn signals changed the switch still didnt work changed the lcm no change all the fuses are good . next problem have no climate control nothing lights up fuses are good thank you

check the turn signal flasher, also check the bulbs some autos, are designed to do this.
If there is a blown bulb, the turn signal on that side will not blink, but will burn steady to tell the driver,a short in wiring can also cause this

Stop and TS problem

there is a flasher
.the hazard is wired to constant power so it works with the ignition off.
the turn signal works off of a switched power,to the turn switch and either the right or left turn signal.
if a bulb burns out,the light stays on steady
