    My Grand Prix did this to me as well. But I didn't do anything to fix it. It fixed itself. Which is kind of strange. I wish the other problems with my car would fix itself.

Sounds like you might need to replace the regulator. I have a GT and have had the same problem with both front windows, but they would just FALL down when I rolled them down. As soon as the regulator was replaced (it's a $70 part at an auto parts store) everything was fine, then the other one fell down. You can't just buy the regulator, u have to buy the regulator and the motor; even if just a part of it is broken. Hope this helps
