It seems to be a fuel related problem. the gas should not be going into the crankcase. It is leaking into the crankcase . The fuel system is somehow leaking into the crankcase because of excessive flooding, or other fuel related problem like a gasket . don't drive the car like that.

I have a 1995 Toyota corolla and I recently noticed I had a gas leak I sealed the hole with JBL epoxy to hold me over until my new tank arrives but it looks as if there is oil mixed in with the gas .

Keep checking the oil level and the transmission fluid level to make sure they stay full, but there should be no oil in the gas tank.
There may be water, however, and it may be brown like oil.
Water will sit in the bottom of the tank and make rust underneath the gasoline, since gasoline floats on water.

Car shuts of suddenly while driving. Starts back up after 20 minutes.

When the gas-cap is plugged, you build up vacuum in the gas- tank and cause the gas flow to stop.
Use premium gas only, ETHANOL in the mix is attracting moisture/water which is part of the problems.

96 Vulcan 800 classic gas mixed with oil blue smoke coming from exhaust oil running out of exhaust manifolds

Gas mixed with oil? Not on purpose I hope as the Vulcan's ran on straight gas.
If you're getting oil from the bottom end into the cylinders it will probablt be from either the piston rings or the valve stems. Either way, it's fairly major maintenance that most people rely on a shop to take care of. Personally, I would. I had a '95 Vulcan 750. Excellent bike but a bit small for me.

Engine ligh is on, Overdrive light blinks on

check if you use e-mix fuel
if that is the case , put a bottle of methylated sprirts in the fuel tank to mix with the water from the e-mix fuel and then after running the fuel out, refill with normal fuel and a quality injector cleaner

Water in the oil

oil floats on water. The filter will catch some. Keep an eye on the oil until your next oil change. If it become a milky/foamy/brown color, then change it. When water mixes with oil, it will turn this color.u should empty your tank then to fill it again.since u didn't drive the can the problem can be a less battery power so be ready to loud your battery.
