Okey, no one knows this better than yours truly. this my friend is an electrical issue. your main harness has corroded wires which dodge has a problem with. their battery acid leaks onto the wire harness and screws them up .. seek a junk yard get a harness or tech who will put the time required usually harness infront/lower tranny left front corner and going down directly below the battery good luck. i ve done only about fifty of these probs. soon your lock wont work and your gear selecter will have squares around all gear positions

I don't always follow my rule so do I a say and not as I do. ANYTIME you work with electrical in automobiles disconnect the battery first. That being said I would first try the easy thing. Disconnect the negative lead of the battery for about a minute and then reconnect. This will reset everything. If once that happens and you still do not see your dash warning lights then check the fuses that apply. If there was any type of shorting while changing the lights then it could have easily blown a fuse. If that is not the case then you are in a bit deeper and would look into the body computer. Good luck

1997 bmw 328i dash lights all lit up at once and after several minutes they faded, and eventually the headlights and dashboard lights dimmed.

Alternator. Have it tested with a voltmeter while on the car and running. Or take it off and have it tested. The current to run the car and the accessories is from the alternator when the engine is running. The battery light coming on alerts you that the alternator is not doing its job.

Cruise turns off when we roll down the windows

Strange electrical problems can sometimes be attributed to a bad ignition switch. The battery should also be load tested, especially if it is more than 4 - 5 years old.

Multi faceted electrical gremlin... Headlights (almost) constantly on. Once you turn the on they don't turn off, sometimes after disconnecting the battery they will turn off but not usually. Also, dome...

I love gremlins. ok first thing first. the headlights, you will see a fuse box in the engine compartment near the battery. remove the cover and you will find fuses and relays. if there is no label showing you which is which (look under the lid you just took off), feel them. the one very very hot is the one that controls the headlights (if they are stuck on a the time you do that.) replace that. it should sort out your headlight issue and possibly the interior lights.
now on to the interior lights. you haven't mentioned a blown fuse, i presume you did check them. same thing. check all the relays for one that is very hot, your door would be open anyways so the interior lights will be on at the time. replace that relay.
as a side note the headlight issue could be caused by the daytime running light module often bolted right to the firewall.
Those would be a good start and hopefully slay the gremlins

2005 Pacifica lights dashboard gauges etc. started blinking like a crazy light show inside the car. Car stalled & wouldn't start again. We jump started it and it started within minutes of the charge....

Charging system, Replace the alernator it shorting out. In order for a alternator to work the rotor create a magnetic flux this flux is what gives the battery it charge. In order to creat this flux which is a A/C current it needs to be a D/C current there in place is a wheatstone bridge or a half wave rectifier. now why the light show? light bulds do not know the difference from A/C to D/C .power is power to it. replace alternator.

I am noticing a flashing light on my dashboard. The item flashing is a car with lines coming from behind the car. it is beside d seat belt icon. What does it mean, and how can I fix it?

the symbol with a car and 2 curved lines behind means:
"Slip control" or "Stability control" (also known as ESC, ESP, ASR or DTC) warning.
Toyota Trac Inop Light Toyota's traction control helps you maintain traction on wet, icey, loose or uneven surfaces. There are complex wheel speed sensors that will trigger the traction control safety feature as needed. If you see the trac inop light illuminate, this feature might be disabled. A Toyota service rep can access the trouble code and identify what is needed to fix any potential issues. - See more at: http://jeffwylerclarksvilletoyota.com/section/secondary/toyota-dashboard-indicators#.dpuf

My inside turn signals as stop working

If the turn signals are still working on the outside, you may have to replace the indicator lights on the inside of the dashboard. If you are unfamiliar with working with dashboards, take it to a mechanic. If you are willing to risk ruining your dashboard, you may try the information from the following link. (Ignore the part about the odometer gears, without those steps, it gives the right information.)
