Question about 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Does anyone have the diagrams for removing the radio. I would like to see what I'm instore before I jump in.
The center dash cover panel must be romoved, two screws at bottom, then unsnaps at top. (The top two vents will come out with this piece.)
The radio has visible screw mounts, then slides out. It's a standard single DIN unit. So no fancy mods are needed to replace the unit. Any modern unit will fit perfect. Just use a 9-volt battery to sound off your speaker wires to know what side/ position they go to. Then follow wiring diagram for your new unit. Have Fun TT
