Question about 1991 Chevrolet S-10
My best suggestion is to remove the steering wheel, there should be a couple screws holding down the switch.
To get a "hands on" training session, go to you local wrecking yard and try to remove it there. If you accidently break something, at least its on a junk car and not your own.
Take notes or pictures w/ phone to show steps how to do this.
