Sounds like the crank sensor is going out.when they get hot it increases the resistance in the sensor and causes it to send wrong/no information to the pcm. no crank signal equals no starting

The best way to change the side light bulbs

  1. Turn left directly from the bike lane.
  2. Keeping a weather eye on traffic, move into the left-hand lane and turn from there.
  3. Veer right onto the sidewalk (avoiding buses, obviously); wait for the pedestrian light to cross

Can a driver make a left turn on a yellow light be for opposite traffic reach intersection?

That depends on the rules of the road for your country, province, or state. In some parts of the world a left turn doesn't cross opposing traffic at all.

Turnsignal problem

What happens when you signal for the left lane change? Have you had any wiring done to tow a trailer? If the opposite lights signal it sounds like the wires got crossed.

Turbo mal-functioning. Shortly after, starter malfuncting. Could the two be related? I hear that the bad turbo pushed out oil which could get into the starter.. true?

Pushed out oil that got into the starter? Not likely. The starter sits on the side of the engine block outside of the transmission and turns the flywheel or pressure plate. Unless the turbo is right above the starter and has a extremely bad leak that was leaking directly onto the starter but even then I don't think it would cause the Starter to suddenly stop working.

How and where is the turn signal flashers located?

1999 Jeep Cherokee 4WD 4.0L MFI 6cyl
The Flasher is located in seating area, driver side, located in a wire harness connector which is secured to the diagnostics splice block bracket outboard of the steering column opening underneath the instrument panel.

Also, I suggest check the Service Manual for Jeep XJ Cherokee Electrical Section or the other section HERE

Hope helps with this (remember rated this) Good luck.

When i make a left hand turn it makes a howling noise can't figure this one out

It is probably your right axle bearings. How fast are you going when you turn? When you turn left, the weight transfers to the right side and loads the axles. If you are on the smooth straight stretch of highway and gently turn left and right, but stay in your lane, does it do it? If so, it's bearings.

These Cherokees are prone to rear end problems. I have one!
