How to reprogram a sigma AC110 alarm system - Focus Ford Cars & Trucks

Thank you, I actually have a Ford Ka, the key fob and the car alarm do not seem to be responding to each other. The alarm system is a Sigma AC 110. The problem I have is that the alarm goes off each time I manually open the door as the key fob does not disengage the alarm system or even open the central locking. Is a ford dealer the only solution or is there a code I could use to disarm the alarm from the keypad, and then reprogram it.....

no this is a add on alarm, normally when i get problems like this i remove the dash panel covers and set to work with my side cutters and remove the alarm ,regardless of what the alarm fitters say that you will buggar it up and all that i have removed no end of alarms ,they are more bother than what they are worth.A decent krooklock is the best deterent as far as iam concerned.I can only suggest that you find a sigma agent and get them to look at car as the dealer will see alarm and refuse to touch it,WHY because they only employ moronic glory boys that can only repair their own make of vehicle, normally dealers only have one skilled man and a lot of young so called trainees .Right enough of my griping ,your problem ??alarm should be under bonnet and on alarm casing their should be a switch with a funny round key ?turn the alarm off .If no switch then disconnect battery and hold the cables together for 30secs,reconnect alarm and then lock and unlock 3 times slowly then try starting car.The action of disconnecting the battery might reset the alarm but after about 3 yrs these boy racer add ons start giving problems big time ,doors keep locking and unlocking as your driving ,hazards coming on headlights flashing and horn blowing all night .Hence i dont evan mess around i just cut the dammed things out.Another trick i have learnt is i cut them out with engine running ,this way they cannot knock out the factory immobiliser because if they are connected to anything difficult the fact that the engine is running the ECU thinks it correct so after i have removed them at least the car will start because sometimes i have cut the wire and car will not start .What a performance trying to get the ECU recoded.Try the battery and 3 locks trick but i doubt if it will work ,but? its worth a try
