The swich has no power to it all relays are good
In regards to my 4x4 problem, I checked everything out again and it turned out I got a defective GEM. Problem solved. The way i figured it out was if the 4x4 light on the dash is on all the time, unplug the GEM 26 pin connector, if the light goes out replace the GEM.
I have a 2001 f-350 super duty dually with 7.3 diesel. My problem is it is locked in 4wd low and light stays on on dash. All fuses good. This happened after using 4 low one time.
On mine i had a connection loose at the module on the trans, wire-tied it so there was no stress on it, also, check rear diff speed sensor connection, my overhead counsel readout had to be resoldered too, weird but it all ties into the circuit that controls 4x4 plus other features,,,, look at a schematic,,, it will blow you away, so much interactive ****

i have a 99 ford f-150 and kind of the same problem. no power to the swith, and no grounds to the 4x4 relay or module. i have changed the GEM and still same problem. Need more ideas.
