all i can tell you its in the line from gas tank to engine, sometimes by gas tank and sometimes in the middle of car on the underside, but i think chys. puts most of there filters close to gas tank.

Heater is blowing cold air 1999 dodge stratus

A heater blowing cold air can be a few things. have all of these things check for proper operation to find the source of the problem.
1. Coolant level
2. Thermostat
3. Water Pump
4. Heater control valve
5. Make sure that the heater control doors are closing when you switch from hot to cold.
6.Last but not least if the climatic controls are electric it maybe at fault.
Good Luck
