Question about 2000 Dodge Dakota Quad Cab
1997 dodge dakota 3.9 starts hard and idles too slow and stops
whers the idle sensor or how do i idle it up so it doesn't stop?
I'M GONNA TRY CLEANING THE IAC,THAT SOUNDS LIKE IT COULD BE, THE CULPRIT. IT DIES WHEN YOU COME TO A STOP, FWD OR REV.

On back side of throttle body you will find a air idle control it will have torx bolts and an electrical plug remove it and clean it with carb cleaner it will solve your problem.
