I think the problem in the transmission box...you must take your car to the nearst hyundai work station and ask to mechanic to check transmission box ( Oil, Clutch etc) maybe this time you need to replace the clutch...

Why is clutch pedal making a single clicking noise everytime it is released ?

The click you are hearing is most likely coming from the clutch safety switch, which prevents the car from starting unless the clutch is fully depressed. Some vehicles use a relay to activate/deactivate the safety feature when the clutch pedal is cycled.

Why cant my 2005 dodge stratuss pick up speed when i press on gas pedal

Sounds like a transmission problem, specifically that perhaps the transmission fluid is low if your truck has an automatic transmission, or the clutch is slipping terribly if it has a manual transmission.
- You need to include this information on such questions.

- Check the valve clearance.
