Best way is to call a salvage yard and ask how new a motor you can use. Just tell them your looking for one.

Will a 1993 prelude automatic transmission fit my 1992 honda accord

If it's the S model, it *should* as it has a F22 motor in it.. the Si and SE has a H23 motor, and the VTEC has a H22 motor. I have heard of people using the F22 transmission on a Prelude motor for longer gearing at highway speeds (per Honda-Tech.com), but I haven't tried the combination myself

Where is the data link connector in a 86 honda prelude

This 86 Honda Prelude does not have a link connector, code's are read from the computer it's self, the computer is under the passenger seat or under the carpet on the passenger side, you count led light flashes and on the computer panel will have the trouble code's refernce.

I have a 2001 honda prelude its leaking a lot of oil from under intake mani fold i just dont know from where any ideas?

it is most likely leaking from the seal at the front of engine gasket between the manifold and motor. the manifold will have to be removed an new gaskets installed.

Hi can you please tell me how much a new or used motor would be to puchase and then the cost of getting it fitted for a honda prelude 88-89 model? and where do I get one. I live in brisbane south

You need the Honda B20A engine, it was used on their vehicles from 88-91 Preludes. You can get them on ebay several other places online. You can get them shipped to you in Australia. Good luck to you

Either secondhand from a breakers yard or try and find a company that does replica ones.

Having problems setting the timing marks on the belt for a 1991 honda prelude

I don't know if you know this but Honda engines turn backwards. Looking at the front of the motor Honda engines turn counter clockwise. All others turn clockwise.
