Where is the fuse for the radio?

the fuse for the radio is in 2 places. 1st is under the dash under steering wheel. your owners manual should tell you which fuse it is. the 2nd fuse is in the engine compartment on the right wheel well behind the battery in a black box. the inside cover of that box will tell you which fuse is for the radio. it should be either a 10 or15 amp fse. make sure you usethe right amp fuse

1995 cadillac deville stock radio not working

Before you remove the dash, double check the fuse(s). There are TWO fuses to power the radio. One is "switched on" when you turn the key on, the other is "constant on" to run the clock and the radio presets when the car is turned off. The constant on circuit is usually the Cigar Lighter fuse. Check the owner's manual or a trip to the library to look at their repair manuals for fuse box locations.
I repaired Delco radios for years and never had to tear the dash apart to fix a radio....

Wiring schematic for plymouth grand voyager 1995

Is there green corosion on the tip of the wire ? Chances are the answer is yes. You will have to detach the fuse panel/box and run a new wire and connector to the fuse panel. Splice into the wire you can see, but make sur you cut enough of the wire off to get rid of the corrosion.Hope this helps.

Cruise control 1998 plymouth grand voyager fuse block diagram

Hello chekon,

Thank you for choosing fixya.com. The fuse box cover should have a diagram on the back of it, which will indicate which fuse represents it's component(s). If you are unsure what any abbreviations stand for or represent, look in your owners manual, or look in a service manual for the 1998 Plymouth Grand Voyager. I also own a 98 Plymouth Grand Voyager (SE) and have a service manual for it, as well as for the 97 Dodge Caravan. My 98 has the 3.0 L engine, and I have done several maintenance requirements to it recently, so if you have any other questions, please let me know and I'll help you out.

Let me know if you need me to locate any fuses or relays for you. In the meantime, I'll do some searching online for some diagrams. Most sites charge for such items, however, if I find something I'll leave a comment with such findings.

Thank you again for choosing fixya.com.

they are normally inside the dash behind glove box. some can be very hard to get at since you have to take off entire dash board.
