I found out where from another site. It is behind the fuse panel. you have to remove 3 screws from the plastic cover and it is laying on the back of the fuse panel by a couple of wires. Really not hard once you know where it is.

Your Olds has 2 flasher relays. One for the turn signals and one for the hazard lights.
The turn signal flasher relay is located on the driver's side, under the dash, mounted on the steering column.
The hazard flasher relay is located driver's side, under dash, driver's side of steering column, mounted on fuse panel.

Where is the location of the turn signal flasher?

I have a 94 Sonoma and to locate the turn signal flasher, inside, under dash, on left side is a plastic sound protector, mine had 3 screws holding it up, drop this down and straight in you will see a 1" round thing - this is the flasher.

Signals work intermittently; where's the flasher relay located

Probably under Dash on drivers side with fuses. Or in panel on side of dash between door and dash.

Right turn signal is not bliking

check and see if there is a burnt out bulb on that side... if not you need to replace the flasher relay... it's under the dash on the drivers side... as a stand alone relay or in your fuse box.
