94 Toyota Camry ignition lock cylinder issues

The problem of the car dying should be unrelated to the worn key and ignition barrel, as the electrical contacts only depend on the key turning, which it does.

The car may have -

- a vacuum leak somewhere in the intake tract. Look for a split in the big flexible coupling after the air cleaner

- insuffiicient fuel pressure. This might be a blocked filter, pinched fuel line (from a rock), failing pump, or a faulty overpressure release valve in the fuel rail. Get a fuel pressure gauge connected to the fuel rail and see what it reads.

I have a Lincoln 02 ls and my car will not start it keep telling me to check Traction control

If you exceed the load limit, the rear air suspension may not operate. The shut-off switch is located on the left side of the trunk. If off, rear air suspension will not operate and may be affecting the tract. lock. Turn it on if so . Did you try the reset button on the dash, just 4 laughs. goodluck

Car turns on shuts off 3 minutes later

If you mean the check engine light is on when the engine is running, I would start there and have the computer scanned for trouble codes.
Without knowing what is shutting down it will be tough to troubleshoot.
Could be a relay or coil or any number of other things.
If there are no codes in the computer, I would look for a failing relay. A sensor should set a code.

The engine turns over then shuts off. I have to turn the key back and forth till it stays on

You should replace your ignition switch to fix this trouble. Not the key, necessarily, the actual switch.

What is wrong if the car has trouble starting in the morning but works the rest of the time?

If the check engine light is not on and you have no DTC's (diagnostic trouble codes) then it could be any number of things. If the car is fuel injected, you can check to see if the "cold start" injector is not functioning or clogged. This is a separate injector that is somewhere in the intake tract, upstream of the regular fuel injectors. Its function is to squirt a little extra fuel into the intake to get the car started when cold. Try to get your car to an auto parts store and have any stored DTC's read out. They'll usually do that for free. Even if the check engine light is not on, you can have "pending codes" that will not set (turn on the check engine light) until the problem recurs a certain multiple of times.

Turns really hard when in 4WD .

most of the jeeps turn hard in 4 wheel drive but if it seems abnormal then its likely that they front U joints are bad or check the front end such as the "tract" bar for looseness or binding

My car has been running fine, until i cranked it up this morning and it made a loud pop, the trac off light came on, the brakes are hard to pump and it is idleing really high and it wants to take off on...

With the brake problem and the Tract control issue I start looking for a vacum problem. Brakes being hard to pump tells me your not getting the assist form your Power brake unit which gets power from vacum. It really sounds like you need to have a Mechanic look into these problems. At the very least, get a Haynes repair manual for your vehicle from the Auto Parts store to get trouble shooting instructions.

The driver electric window seems to be off track and it binds almost at the top and finally stops before completely closed

Look at the edges of your window there are guides that snap together and stay inside the window tracts.these plastic guides do break,it easy to fix go to your dealer get to part.they cost about $2.00 let the window down enough to place the butterfly onto the window take plyers press and snap the piece together, take the window and push it hard into the tract and your done.
