    Is the alternator charging?

Are you certain that the terminals on the battery match the terminals on the car? If backwards, you could cause serious damage to the car and yourself.

BATTERY PROBLEM

Ultimate solution is change the battery... because the capacity of battery cells is poor.. this could be the reason if battery is old...
Still u can take a chance by completely removing the battery fluid and replacing it new battery fluid... but keep in mind that, after doing so, u'll need to charge the battery fully before using it in car...
This kind of battery problem is common in all diesel cars, the reason I think is, Diesel engine need heavy torque to start that draws heavy current from battery.. so if you are facing starting trouble for the vehicle, then battery is surely going to discharge frequently...
Still try the solution mentioned above and still the problem persists, then replace the battery with new one.
((I am considering that the battery you are having is 3-4 years old...))

My suv is making a raddling sound and it wouldn't start for a moment. I don't know what that is.

Problem is with battery. Check battery cable terminals, make sure they are clean and tight. If battery is more than 3-4 years old, may be time for a new one.

Here is link on how to reprogram your key. The newer BMWs recharge the key battery while it is in the ignition so there is no battery to replace. Good luck.

Same issue no radio, windows, locks but dash board electric works

Try unhooking the battery, turn key on, leave door open, then connect battery, start engine immediately. The battery saver module thinks it's saving your power!!

2002 camry battery changed, dies in idle

When you take your battery out and put a new one in all your computer controls have to be reset. You need to drive the car at 55 MPH for 2 min or so, stop, go through normal drive cycle, stop and go and then if it don't straighten out you need to clean the throttle body and the idle air control valve. Hope this helps. PHil
