Check for a bad thermostat ,and ,or low coolant level, and you may have to bleed the air out of the cooling system, and replace the coolant sensor.

the blower motor you have must be for the automatic climate control. If so the fan module is at fault keeping the blower motor on

The heater blower keeps running even when the key is out of the ignition

When did it start doing this? How soon after does it stop? Does it stop blowing by itself?

1. The vacuum system has a leak and sounds like rushing air. When vacuum reaches atmosphere pressure, the sound will go away.

2. In the 1980's and prior years, Olds keeps the fan running in order to remove moisture in the heat panel. I hated that.... it stops after a few minutes.
