AC and Heater fan will only work on high speed, all fuses good. any ideas thanks, Dave

When the blower fan will only work on high speed setting this means the fans speed control resistor is burned out, when it fails the fan defaults to high speed only. The fan resistor is located next to the fan and held into the cooling air duct by 2 screws near the blower motor. The part is fairly cheap and easy to replace.

Jeep cherokee 2000 heater fan does't run

If it doesn't run on any speed then check fuses and relay's under the hood in the power distribution box,if all are good then use a test light or volt meter on fan motor wires with fan switch set on high,if you have power there then replace fan motor,if the fan works on some speeds and not others than check the fan speed control module,it is located in the air duct on pass side below glove box.

I have a 2000 Impala LS my heater resister has blown out 3 times in the last year , also blower work in 1,2,3,4 speeds but not on # 5. what is going on ?

The blower motor is bad. Just because it runs it's drawing too much power some of them are bad when new. 5 speed runs right off the switch and the high relay as they get damaged by the high load of the bad motor too. This is common and it happens alot to cars with over 100thou miles.

Heat/AC Blower fan speed only works on High

Alot of people have the same problem with the fan switch and blown bulbs. There really is no fix for this. Jeep really screwed up when designing the heater control assembly. The cheapest solution is to buy another unit off Ebay. Can always go to the dealer but be ready to PAY for there mistakes.
