Question about 2001 Chevrolet Silverado 1500
Truck worked great until battery died of old age, replaced battery now truck won't start is there a way reset computer to accept new battery?
I have seen stranger things happen, but to my knowledge there is no reset when you replace the battery. GM does put a lot of connections at the terminals and you need to ensure all the wires went back on. Also check the fuse/relay box under the hood to make sure a relay or fuse did not blow. Hope this helps.
