Sounds like one of the relays in the fuse box under the dash.... i would start with the heater fan relay.

I have a clicking sound coming from passenger side glove compartment when i start the car it only does it for 5 or 6 clicks and stops it happens after the car has started

Could be an actuator for the heater that has gears slipping. Could also be a relay misbehaving. Try changing the heater controls to see if that causes the noise.

The car was driving fine when suddenly the wind screen started fogging up. The air con was ON auto and temp set at about 22 Degs on defrost at the time. So I increased the fan speed to remove the fog. Same...

This is speculation, but the fogged windshield, the noise behind the dash, and the temperature gauge actions lead me to the heater core. When they develop any leak they fog the windshield, and enough fluid loss or an air pocket could explain the temp gauge readings.

Started 2005 colbalt drove to school bus stop came home total of 2000 ft. tryed to start 15 min. later all it did was make clicking noise

Starter solenoid clicking is a sign of a bad battery or coroded battery cables Jumping the battery should start the car right up.

I have a 01 chevy monye carlo that when i start the car and i turn on the heater it make this very loud noise and after a few mins it stops

Hi

It sounds like the fan for the heaters / blowers is shot. the bearing inside the motor will be whats making the noise, it shouldnt be expensive though.

Hope that helps

Your air temp control blend door actuator is failing, that is the part u call a heater door, it is a gear driven miniature drive, the gears are jumping teeth making the noise, it will stop working very soon.

Heater in dash makes clicking noise, stopped no heat

The clicking noise you are hearing is the temp door actuator. It is located in the center of the dash. If you look behind the radio from the Passenger side of the van you will see a white square box with a black or green connector in it. Remove the connector and then remove screws that hold the actuator in place. Install a new actuator and reconnect the wire connector. This should take care of your problem and your heater will be fixed. I hope this was helpful.
