The "P" implies Powertrain, but I understand this code to relate to your vehicle's computer which is unable to boot up properly as a result of being unable to read certain data. This may be from a faulty PCM, or low voltage to the unit. I would check both, and ensure you check the ignition as several things validate voltage from there.
The service engine soon light indicates a problem.
Take the vehicle to AutoZone and have them read the computer code.
They can give you an idea of what the problem is and reset the light for you.
BTW the service is free
why did you replaced the o2 ??
were they wet ??
did you scanned the vehicle ??
any code ?? also when you serviced your vehicle did you erase the computer ?? reset the code ??
all that has to do with it.
please let me know so i can help you with it
