Question about 2003 Ford Explorer
When i am driving the engine just shuts off and will give it a few minutes and it will crank back up but goes dead again after getting hot. We replaced a coilpak but still same prob. Is there more than one coili pak on 2003 Ford Explorer Sport,V6,4.0 liter?
Check the exhaust compression. Remove the O2 sensors before the cataylic converts and see if it improves. If it does that means your cats are cloged and need to be replaced.
