Question about 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix
Mine does the same thing and the problem the pulse borad ,and or the motor . To fix replace motor with the pulse borad.Cost will be about 50.00 for a reman or 150.00 for a new one from napa

At the edge of arms pull cap off after that loosen the bolt put the wiper wher e it should be then bolt it back up tight then put cap on / Then try it/ Please rate my response thank you very much

I remove the wipers turn the key on start the wipers then shut the wiper switch off turn than install the wipers in the position they should be in take it there are no other issues this works fine!
