My vans service engine light comes on but then i can undo the battery charge it for a hour or so an then hook it back up an the n get in the van an get in start it an then the light is out but then u drive it an shut it off a couple times an the light comes bac on, but still runs great!
Well undoing the battery just clears the pcm.as soon as the problem is detected the light comes on again,and will untill you scan the computer so you can get a code and find out where the problem is,so check your gas cap(pretty common fault)make sure it is tight.if it was okay have your mechanic scan it for you and the mystery will be over. have a good day DB

Fan runs till it wears the battery down to dead then starts back up when you charge the batery fan runs all the time.
