The reasoning for your car to shake like this is because of the steal belt in your tires being warped. The only way to fix this is to have your tires replaced.

Front end shakes heavily when making right hand turns and when the car reaches a speed of 40 mph and continues to shakes well into the 70 mph zone. I have replaced the outer tie rods because a shop told me...

You don't have the year or anything on your post, but i'm assuming it's front wheel drive, and your problem is likely CV joints. You will have to replace them. The easiest way is to buy half shafts. That would explain the shaking when you turn right, but as for the shaking up to 70, you either have a wheel out of balance, or bent rim, or a tire that has gone out of shape.

Front end vibration at between 70-80kms

A common solution is the tires. I know that sounds too easy but I had the exact same problem. My Dad told me tires. That was hard to swallow since all 4 tires were less than a year old. It was the style of tire on the car. He is a mechanic and I did what he said and it went away. O it could be a bent rim or a bad front wheel bearing. I've seen both
