The security module is located behind the dash trim at the glove box. remove glove box door, and top crash pad, and trim around glove box door. The security module is mounted behind the trim panel. Unplug it and it bypassed.

Go to the lift gate and pulloff the inside panel. On the back of the lock cylinder(what you put your key in) inside of the lift gate is a switch with 2 wires to it , cut the 2 wires strip off some of the insulation and twist the to wires together and tape the end. This will disarm the system as long as those wires are twisted together.

Hook up the wire listed below, to a permanent ground in the jeep, and the alarm will be shut down as long as that wire remains grounded.

I want to permanently disconect security alarm system from 94 Jeep Grand Cherokee.I just bought this SUV with no key fab and alarm is going of all the time .

I don't know of a way of bypassing the factory alarm. From what you describe it sounds like changing the door latch assembly with the built in switches will fix your problem though.

Lost alarm remote and jeep wont start

Is this a factory alarm, or after market? If its a factory alarm you can disarm the sytem using the key, insert into the door and turn the key so the door unlocks, this will disable the alarm.

If it's an aftermarket installed by a stereo shop, there should be a valet switch under the dash or somewhere, put the key in the ignition, turn forward and flip the dip switch in the other direction. If not, then you will need to go under the dash, find the alarm box and pull the plug out.
