Can you put the motor and 5 seed transmission from a 1993 acura integra into a 1994 honda prelude s

No, your car is set up for hydraulic transmission linkage and the Integra is a cable clutch. The mounting would also be a nightmare. The Integra's front motor mount is way different than the Accord and Prelude. Wiring harness would be another nightmare. Just find an Si, they are pretty cheap now.

Security code for 1994 honda prelude radio

First look in the owners manual. If your manual is missing, you can buy one cheap off of ebay.com Another thing you can do is call the dealer and ask them for the security code. You will have to remove your CD player and give them the serial code loacted on the top of the unit

Water pump is leaking and causing the engine to overheat. The pump has been "repaired" what shall i do now?

obviously the water pump was never fixed properly if it is still leaking, take it back to were you had it repaired and have them repair it properly. A number of problems could cause your vehicle to over heat.
-water pump not working properly.
-low antifreeze.
-air lock.
- rad cap not working properly.
-thermos stat not working properly.

1994 honda prelude vtec speedometer tach problem

Possible speed sensor. I know the speed sensors are a problem with hondas. A new speed sensor is about $200 and can be easily replaced. It bolts to the top of the transmission on the firewall side. Do NOT buy an e-bay one. They are only about $30 but are junk

there is no fuse, there's a relay for the fuel pump. IE,, "the main relay", under the drivers side dash.
