After replacing the thermostat and when you refilled th radiator did you make sure you got all the air out of the cooling system? if so my guess would be you got a head gasket problem. In the long run take it to a shop ,have them check it out and giveyou a estimate.

If the heater hoses are getting hot, and the radiator is full of coolant, it could be a faulty blend door under the dash.

Motor over heats and heater blows cold air

there could be a couple things going on here -- the water pump could be bad and needs to be replaced,, and/or the thermostat is bad and needs to be replaced.

My is heat is not work?My car is blowing cold air instead of hot air, I have a brand new heater core, the thermostat is not sticking,I got anti-freeze in it,It's getting cold in I need heat. Please help me

first feel the heater core hoses see if both are hot if so then your problem is in the blend air door must be stuck on cold. is your blower motor blowing cold air if not your blower motor might be the problem. the blend air door is down by the blower motor.

There seems to be an air pocket or no antifreeze in engine block. Try this method disconnect upper radiator hose and pour water directly into hose down into engine block until it full. when its filled reconnect hose and fill up radiator. as the vehicle warms up open bleeder valve on the thermostat housing and release air from system. open slowly and BE VERY CAREFUL WATER WILL BE HOT, bleed until you get a steady stream opening and cosing valve. However if all of this don't work. You may have a bad pump. Good Luck

Replaced thermostat but

chances are that you may have a blown head gasket that causes the overheating. look for bubbles in your radiator with the cap off
