More than likely a resistor going. Look under passenger side on firewall area for a rectangular piece approx, 1-1/2 " x 3" with wire connector attached. may be screwed on, or just pull to remove.

My 1994 Chevy Blazer S-10 is not blowing out any air when I turn the heater on...

Is the fan turning on? I assume so.. when you change the hot/cold selector do you hear the flaps inguage? could be the linkage there. Otherwise, check your coolant level - make sure your heater core isn't plugged (let engine heat up, then see if the heather both heater hoses going into the firewall are warm). If one is colder than the other, flush the heater core.

Start by flushing your coolant system and replacing your thermostat. You may later find that you have a clogged heater core.
