You can know the firing order simply by reading the numbers written on the distributer starting from 1 clockwise and they will be 1-3-4-2

My 1999 mazda protoge 1.6v engine is leaking oil like crazy. Oil is all over the side where the belt is. Where can it be leaking from?

You must completely clean the engine of all oil and dirt with a pressure washer and then look for the leak, no other way.

There should be a tensioner pully on your motor like in the middle some where it should move with a wrench on it and that keeps your belt tight. Do you have a one big belt or a couple of small ones?
