Pull up window by hand and tape up for now if it is cold ddo you hear the motor sounds like the regulator/motor need replacement what happens is the cable breaks and the cable is attached to the motor so you cant just by the cables you need to buy the whole reg/motor assy/ got to a auto body shop instead of mechanical repair shop less expensive Please rate my response thank you very muvh

Rusted brakes. Sometimes, you can hit the wheel/drum with a hammer and get it to break loose. You NEED to replace the brakes! Possibly the drum also

My 1997 Chrysler sebring jxi's rear passenger side window doesn't go up, down, or even make a noise when I hit the switch. Is it the regulator? Also how would I replace it if it is?

Start with the cheapest answer and work your way up.
That would mean checking the switches first. Will it work with the window switch nearest it (rear seat switch)? Will it work from the driver's door master switch? If the answer to both is "no", then it is likely the window motor. You can often replace just the motor or replace the window/regulator as a unit.
I would suggest you seek help for that, if you have no idea how to do and you do not have the service manual for the car. It can be complicated getting the old regulator out and removing the glass.

I need a driver side rear quarter window replaced. Can I buy just the window or does it only come with installation?

You should be able to buy this window from a local glass supplier or your dealer. installation is pretty complicated though. i believe those are glued in and require a special tool to remove.

Window off track driver side 1997 sebring

You'll need to remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. If needed, you can pull back the weather seal (can't reuse it, but it's not that important) and you will be able to access everything inside the door
