Hello:It is hard to start when not running for a few hours and it idles rough for a few minutes then idles fine but wont take the gas unless you accelerate very gradually. This started a few weeks ago.It worked fine and then it would work terrible, now it seems to be getting worse.Seems to be alot of fuel pressure.Changed filter and plugs.Checked Auto shut off and pump relay.

Well there's a few things that come to mind but the best, & cheapest way of doing it would be to take it to an autozone for a free scan for codes, and take some of the guessing out of it. I would at least take the sparkplugs out & have a look at them & clean and/or replace them for now.

Cannot accelerate 1987 E350 motor home

If it idles but bogs when the accelerator is pushed, it has carb issues(if it has been sitting for a long time probably has carb issue) or low fuel pressure. If its low fuel pressure then it could be a bad/clogged fuel filter, fuel flow problems from the tank to the fuel pump, or a bad fuel pump.

At times, my 1999 honda civic ex(133000 miles) seems like it has trouble getting fuel. it stutters a little when i give it a lot of gas. it seems to only happen in higher gears(on the freeway). when i ease...

Sounds like you are on the right track. Most vehicle manufactures want the fuel filter changed every 20 to 40 thousand miles and I'm guessing yours is from the assembly line. :) It could also be you injectors a little dirty and with low pressure it is dribbling rather than injecting.

2000gc wont accelerate... Fuel filter??

Change the filter first and see if that helps, if not, have a fuel pressure test done.
Also check all the vacuum lines for bad hoses, all it takes is a pin hole in these damn emissions systems to screw up the whole system.

89 Wagoneer drives rough

The thing to do now is a fuel pressure test pump could be weak just a few pounds under the recamended pressure will do that weather its mechanical or electrical . Is there a filter in the carb. wear fuel fine hooks? If none of this is an issue at least you can eliminate fuel deliverly as the problem.
