I had same problems with my 307 hdi, turned out that the additive which drips into fuel was empty and changed particle filter, problems solved

The additive cost around £30ltr you need 5ltr, take your car to a peogeot dealer they would have to reset the computer when additive is added.

Most probably blocked fap causes the problem. change the fap and fill the additive and let your car's ecu reprogrammed.
If the diesel pressure is not high enough or injectors are blocked then bad acceleration. you have to check hdi pump and injectors.
If any sensor of motor block has gone then it can very badly affect your car performance. go to a good diagnostic center who then able to read the fault codes because there are trivial meaning of fault codes in hdi case. don't go to any corner diagnostic center who just telling you the literal meaning of fault codes but can't understand how to find the roots of these faults.

never heard of this must be a weekend mechanic add on,spoke to peugeot fitter and he said the rear exhaust box has a valve leading to a filter ???havent looked at one myself as its not on standard models only turbo.he said to change the back box for the standard one with out the filter built in.Dont know any more than what he told me but if its still a problem stick your head under and have a look. That is if it hasnt had argument with swan vesta

never heard of the fuel additive thingy but on reflection this may be an add on to keep the filter in the back box clear?? evidently later models never had this filter/back box set up just an ordenary back box

particle filter on back exhaust box?? if that was changed then it would run ok.To be truefull never heard of this additive thing but it would make sense to help keep filter clear.without having car to play with i couldnt really say but have a look at back box and if it does have a particle filter then fit a standard one.or try running car without the back box on for a quick spin and if it grives then you know what to do.

You plug the filter out and take it to a cleaning center, they have a special tool to clean these filters not something you can do only your own

Where can i get fuel injectors for peogeot 307 2000cc hdi diesel car also can i get original ones reconditioned

any citroen/peogeot dealer (they are the same company)will be able to supply, on exchange, the injectors.if you are in Europe its easy, outside Eurpoe its best to email a dealer with the chassis no,so they can ship them to you.you may find them cheaper than buying them from a U.S.dealer.

"when do i change the cam belt on a peugeot 307 sw diesel"

usually you should do it for peugeot diesel at 122000 miles along with water pump and the tensioner roller that runs under the cambelt too. But to be on the safe side do it at 100000 and save the fortune.
It took me (DIY job) about 6-8 hours as i wanted to save 450 pounds.

Injectors

Injectors from the same ccm engine are most probably sounds same but to be on the safe side check not only the shape but code on the top of injector too. Because they are piezo effect injectors and set by the manufacture for a specific pressure for specific engine codes.
