Locate the Fuse Relay box under the Hood. In this Box are Relays for a lot of things one Being the Fuel Pump. Replace the Fue; Pump Relay and Check the Fuel Filter and Fuel Pump. Please Rate My Response! Thanks!

You can Remove the Fuel Filter and Crank it like you are trying to Start the Car. If the Pump is Good, Gas will come out of the Line. If Not, The Pump is Bad. Please Rate My Response! Thanks!

No Problem! We all feel that way from Time to Time!

  • Anonymous Jan 31, 2009

Unfortunately, You do have to Drop the Tank. I sure wish there was a Easier Way! The only way that the Line could Freeze is if you Had a LOT of Water in the Fuel. If it Ran Before, You should be Ok on this Prob.

  • Anonymous Jan 31, 2009

    That's not a Prob. Then

Wont key start but will start by pushing it off

Its been a long time since you ask but check the main relay. It engages the starter and the fuel pump while cranking and after ignition a seperate fuel pump relay takes over. I had a car that did the same thing.

My 1997 mazda 626 lx isnt charging right it wont start after its shut off its worse at night when I need the head lights

Sounds like your altinater is going out. Take your car to auto zone or one of those places. They can check it for you. Once your altinater goes out you wont be driving any where cause thats what keeps your battery charged and keeps your car running. Do that today!
