generally, cable will not break.It might be cable endlock or lever or distrubed cable clamping.see from front under bonnet below the upper panel you will find bannet cable wire going to bannet lock, try n pull it. or pull the locking lever. it will definitely open
Hi the firing order for your Honda is 1 3 4 2. No. 1 is the cylinder at the pulley end of the engine. Honda put there engines in backwards to most front wheel drive vehicle, the pulley end is on the right when u lift the bonet ( the hood ) Hope this helps you. John ( South Wales UK )
try ajusting the idle cable under the bonet by loosening the 2 nuts and tighten them when the engine is idling at the right rpms which is around between 8 & 10 when engine is hot
the relay is under the bonet and i think its brown , but befor you do that lift the rear seat and get some one to turn the ignition on as you listen to see if you can hear it prim as the relay does two jobs , prime and fead if it does nither you may need a pump . email me if you need more help
