Sounds like you got a leaking crankseal or if its a 6 cylinder the oil pressure switch can leak

I had my 2000 Saturn S oil pan and crankshaft seal replaced. When I picked up my car, the air conditioner/fan did not work. Could something be disconnected?

Of course something could be disconnected but I don't see a reason it would be. Check all your fuses inside and outside using a test light.

2000 saturn sl2 stalled and wont start , it just ticks battery is fully charged belt wont move at all it seems that the engine has locked due to oil leak. what can i do

try turning the engine with a bar on the crankshaft ot with a screwdriver on the ring gear, and remove the spark plugs, if water comes out of the plug holes then you probably have a blown head or gasket, if you still can't turn the engine over tear down is the next step

I was told I have to replace the crankshaft seal and oil pan gasket on my 2000 chevy malibu and will cost approx. $380.00. Also is the rear main seal the same thing as the crankshaft seal??? Thanks!

Well sometimes.... the front crankshaft seal is usually called a crank seal, or the front timing cover seal but the rear crank seal is (usually) called the Rear Main crank seal. In order to replace the rear seal , the transmission will need to be removed. If its the front, then the harmonic balancer will be removed. $380 sounds cheap. As you will need a oil seal, oil pan gasket, oil, filter, labor and tax. Maybe even a lower engine mount.

My Saturn LS2 goes dead while I am driving. It can sit for a little while then it will start, but I only get about 2 miles before it cuts off again. I just had the fuel pump and fuel filter replaced. ...

This is probably your crankshaft postion sensor. They go bad on these car. It usually happens after the car has warmed up. It's pretty easy to replace...it's on the front of the engine just below and to the right of the oil filter.

Crankshaft position sensor location on a 2000 saturn ls

Sensor is located just under the oil filter housing on the front of the engine block. Very accessible from front of car without jacking or ramps. Sensor is held in by 1 male torx screw. Good luck!

I am trying to change my oil in my saturn sl1 its a 2000... the engine has been replaced with a larger 2.2 engine and we are having troubles finding the oil filter for it

This is a canister oil filter system.
It's located up front of the engine on the right side. It's half way down and it has a Black Plastic Cap. It's takes a big socket to unscrew. I can't remember what size, maybe 1 1/4.
Fram filter# CH9018
