Question about 2002 Ford Taurus
Vehicle misfires during acceleration; recently replaced plugs, wires, coil pack, fuel filter and air filter. What could be causing such rough idle, misfire during acceleration- blinking check engine light.
Vehicle mileage is 194,000
When vehicle is at a stop or running idle, to prevent cutting out driver puts in neutral gear- seems to run smoother temporarily.
Disconnect the battery completely, try turning the key with the battery disconnected. Put the battery back together. The check engine light should be off now..
