Question about 1996 Volkswagen Jetta
The headlights on my 95 jetta went out while driving one night. They still work with engine running and lights off. running lights still work. hazard lights don't work. turn signals only work with hazard light switch on. All fuses are good. This all happened at the same time. Any ideas.
Ignition switch will cause you to loose your head lights and turn signals. You will still be able to start the car and hold the switch for your brights but normal function is gone. Check it out it usually only runs about $20-$30 for replacement part but you need a special puller to get to it.
