SOURCE: Car accelerates when I remove my foot from the gas pedal

This is only a suggestion, if you used the cruise control lately, better have that checked, it might be stuck in the on position

Sounds like a loose brake caliper mate when driving along no sound so you are obviously not touching the brakes hope this helps

I have a Toyota Fielder car,but I face a challenge each time I stop up hill and want to drive forward, the vehicle rolls backwards despite being in D-drive. What should I be doing to avoid this?

This is when you need to let the clutch out just enough to stop the backwards roll when you take your foot off the brake, then you can move to the gas pedal and when pressing the gas pedal you can release the clutch all the way to get moving. IT is a matter of practice and timing..

Engine revs but no acceleration

Clutch plate and pressure plate seem to be too weak to pull the car. Or one of the CV joints is detached from the gear box. To test the clutch plate, park the car on flat surface. Pull the hand brake up, start the car, depress the foot brake pedal, depress the clutch pedal, put the car in 1st gear, press the gas pedal and leave the clutch pedal at once, while keeping the brake pedal depressed.
Follow one of the two following statements:
1. Engine does not shut down and remain start. (Clutch plate, pressure plate and clutch bearing defective - Replace all as a set)
2. Engine shuts down. (Clutch system is OK and does not require any repair).

2007 Pontiac G5 Base Coupe gas pedal sticking at times

Check the pivot point of the accelerator pedal and lubricate if possible. Check for freyed (broken) wires at the cable ends and check for kinks if you have a cable

Whenever I put the Audi A4 in reverse it shifts fine but when i put in in drive it shifts real hard and when I am slowing down at times it downshifts like something hit me.Where do I add trans fluid?

down the dipstick tube!!!(really)DO NOT OVERFILL...
Your audi is fitted with a fuzzy logic gearbox, it will change according to your driving style.TRY THIS,put into 1st and without touching gas pedal, let the car accelerate to top gear, stop Then using onle 1/3rd gas pedal do it again.then using 2/3rds do it again.then only using the minimum pedal req accelerate to max legal limit.(try not to use brake pedal, let the car slow down itself, until you have to)then drive as normal, it will feel like a different car.
