Question about 2006 Nissan Maxima
When my car warms up it makes like a elctronis bird nois out of the engine my car is under warrenty and its been in the shop they have replaced engine mouts fan and so on and still makes the sound its very fate but never did it before and the dealer is puzzled.
If the engine is surging and making that high pitch noise, than it sounds like a vacume leak is occuring when it warms up,could be in the intake area,or in a line some ware, easy way to find out is to get a can of brake clean or intake cleaner and spray around everything of the intake area and all the lines, and if the r.p.m's change at all down or up when sprayed on then you found your leak.

It's quite simple, really. You have an electronic bird living under the hood. Electronic birds are very rare in the United States, so it is not surprising that the dealer is not familiar with this problem. The best solution is to let an electronic cat loose under the hood of your car and let it kill the electronic bird. Don't worry about noises from the electronic cat - they are a lot quiter than electronic birds and usually make only a dull electronic purring sound. You can purchase an electronic cat at your local electronic exotic pet store and it shouldn't cost you more than $100.00 (give or take $1,000.00). Best of luck, my friend.
