Use the radio station preset buttons to enter the code after you turn on the power to the radio. The radio's display may say "CODE" asking for the security code.

I changed the battery on my 1997 Saab 900. Radio is dead.

turn on the radio and enter the code. If it does not respond, hold the band button down until the screen asks for it. If that does not work, pull the radio and courtesy fuses for 5 minutes and retry.

How do i get the cod to enter the code on my radio

have you got radio code & if its saying code you need to leave on until 4 digits appear once they appear to put code in for example if code was 3313 you would press no 1 on your panel 3 times then you would press no 2 again 3 times no 3 once & no 4 3 times once you have done that press no 5 to enter code if all goes well your radio should work ok if not you might have wrong radio code let me know how you get on.

I changed the battery in my 2004 suzuki verona and know the radio asks for code I have the cod but I dont know how to enter it when I press the code in It just continues to ask for it again

Do you have the original owners packet that came with the car? The code is in there, if you don't you will need to pull the radio and get the model number and serial number off the radio, then go to the dealer and he can look up your code, you will have to go to the dealer, not call, they will not give the info out over the phone. This is a feature to deter theft, as without the code the radio is worthless to a thief.
