The passenger side seat heater works.
With all heaters,
blown fuse
bad switch
bad wires
bad heater.
what we do is check fuses first the use a voltemeter
to find the point that is open circuit.
this works every time. heater good.
if power makes it to the heater and its dead, then its dead.
(measure the ohms, (resistance) infinity is dead open
low ohms is good. say about 12 ohms would be 1 amp.
or 12watts, less homes is more watts. (im not looking that up, its in the shop manual and at alldata dot com , every day.
SOURCE: passenger side elec window not working
my left hand side passenger window went on my 06 suzuki swift. 2 different told me that i needed to replace the motor. prior to that they chased the wires in the passenger door to see if t was a loose wire and they also checked the fuse. its an expensive part to get hold of but u might be luky enough to find a second hand part in a scrap parts yard.
SOURCE: passenger side brake light does not work. I
There might be something wrong with the electrical connector behind the panel on the drivers side in the rear... check there with a test light.
Check your light socket in the rear with a test light while having someone pulse the brake up front so you can see if you have brake current there.
If you have brake current at the socket check your ground there and your connections.
The brake circuit in that car is the same on the right left and third stop... you have orange turn signals so the brake lights there are single purpose.
Look for the problem with your test light... you will find it and it is located in the rear of the vehicle... not up front.

Do you know what DTC'S - diagnostic trouble code's are ?
The driver and passenger seat heaters are controlled by the driver seat module. Power is supplied to the driver seat cushion and back heater elements through individual voltage supply circuits. Power is supplied to the passenger seat cushion and back heater elements through a common voltage supply circuit. All of the driver and passenger seat heater elements are grounded by the driver seat module through individual low side drive control circuits. The heater element control circuits are pulse width modulated to ground by the driver seat module in order to control the seat temperatures by regulating the current flow through the heater elements.
Your best bet , take it to a qualified repair shop that has diagnostic scanner that can read this code's

DTC B2440 Passenger Seat Back Heater Sensor Circuit
The driver seat module relies on inputs from thermistors installed in the driver and passenger seat backs to control heated seat temperatures. The thermistors are 2-wire sensors supplied with a 5-volt referenced signal circuit and low reference circuit from the driver seat module. Resistance through the thermistors varies with temperature causing the heated seat sensor signal circuit voltage levels to decrease as the seat back temperatures rise.
